The impact goes beyond these figures. People have received practical help to overcome barriers that can prevent them from participating in employment and wider opportunities. This includes support with confidence, digital access, applications, professional communication and preparing for interviews.

For many people, increased confidence is an important part of the journey. Our approach recognises that employment outcomes can be affected by limited digital access, lack of equipment or data, financial barriers and uncertainty about how to navigate online systems.

Our community impact is measured not only by activity, but by progression: people becoming more confident, securing interviews, entering employment, progressing into education or training, developing digital skills and becoming more independent.
